AI Analyzer and Trade AI Analyzer are AI-powered technical chart analysis applications developed and operated by JLP Creation Studio. The applications are designed to analyze uploaded or captured financial market chart images and provide AI-generated technical analysis, observations, and informational market insights. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, JLP Creation Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the application on a device that you own or control.
This license is provided solely for your personal and lawful use of the application and its available features.
You do not receive ownership of the application, its software, source code, algorithms, models, designs, trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property.

The applications are not intended to provide personalized financial advice, personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or instructions to purchase, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security or financial instrument.

The applications do not execute trades, place orders, hold user funds, hold securities, or manage investment accounts on behalf of users.
Any decision to place an order or enter into a financial transaction must be made independently by the user through the user's chosen broker or financial service provider.
The quality of AI-generated analysis may depend on the quality, resolution, visibility, and completeness of the uploaded chart.
For better technical analysis, users should provide a clear chart where candlesticks, price action, indicators, timeframe, and other relevant information are sufficiently visible.
If a chart is cropped, blurry, too small, obstructed, incomplete, or missing important information, the generated analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete.
The applications do not independently verify every piece of information displayed in a submitted chart.
The applications may rely on third-party services, platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, advertising services, analytics services, artificial intelligence providers, hosting providers, and app stores.
Third-party services may experience interruptions, errors, availability issues, limitations, policy changes, or technical failures outside the control of JLP Creation Studio.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms, policies, and conditions of those third parties.
JLP Creation Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, performance, or continued operation of third-party services.
Certain features or usage limits may require a paid subscription or other purchase.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through the applicable app-store payment system, including Google Play or Apple App Store, as applicable.
Subscription prices, billing periods, availability, taxes, and other purchase conditions may vary by country, platform, currency, and app-store configuration.
Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, billing, and payment-related matters are subject to the applicable app-store rules and policies.
JLP Creation Studio does not control the payment processing systems operated by the applicable app store.
The applications may display advertisements to users who have not purchased an applicable ad-free subscription or who are otherwise eligible to receive advertisements.
Advertising content may be provided by third-party advertising providers.
JLP Creation Studio does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of any third-party advertisement.
Users should independently evaluate any third-party advertisement before interacting with or purchasing anything promoted through such advertisement.
The applications, including their software, design, user interface, branding, logos, graphics, text, functionality, algorithms, systems, prompts, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to JLP Creation Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in this EULA, no ownership or other intellectual property rights are granted to you.
You remain responsible for any images, charts, files, text, or other content that you submit to the applications.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content and that your use of the application does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party.
You must not knowingly submit unlawful, malicious, infringing, or harmful content.
Your use of the applications may involve the collection, processing, storage, or handling of certain information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about the types of information that may be collected, how information may be used, and how applicable privacy rights may be exercised.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the applications or services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the applications, services, content, and AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
JLP Creation Studio makes no representation or warranty that the applications or AI-generated results will be accurate, reliable, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JLP Creation Studio and its owners, developers, affiliates, officers, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the applications, services, or AI-generated information.
This includes, where permitted by law, financial losses, trading losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JLP Creation Studio, its owners, developers, affiliates, service providers, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
This EULA remains effective until terminated.
Your license to use the application may automatically terminate if you materially violate this EULA or applicable law.
JLP Creation Studio may suspend or terminate access to the applications where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, intellectual property, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination, you must stop using the application and delete it from your devices if required by the circumstances of the termination.
For users of Trade AI Analyzer distributed through the Apple App Store, this EULA is an agreement between JLP Creation Studio and the end user, and not between the end user and Apple.
Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services for the application.
To the extent required by applicable law, JLP Creation Studio, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or its content.
In the event of any failure of the application to conform to an applicable warranty, the user may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the applicable purchase price in accordance with its applicable policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no further warranty obligations with respect to the application.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or claims that the application fails to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Your use of the application must also comply with applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and other applicable third-party terms.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
For users of AI Analyzer distributed through Google Play, your use of the application is also subject to applicable Google Play terms, policies, and requirements.
Google Play is a distribution platform and is not responsible for the application or the services provided by JLP Creation Studio, except to the extent required under applicable law.
You acknowledge that Google Play may independently apply its own policies, requirements, payment rules, security requirements, and developer-program conditions to the distribution and use of the application.
You agree to use the applications only in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
The applications are not intended to circumvent any financial, securities, investment, consumer-protection, privacy, advertising, or other applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of any information generated by the applications is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We may update this EULA from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the applications after an updated EULA becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
If any provision of this EULA is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This EULA, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and other terms expressly referenced herein, constitutes the agreement between you and JLP Creation Studio concerning your use of the applications, except where additional terms are expressly applicable.
