By downloading, installing, or using the Ai Analyzer mobile application (Google Play Store), the Trade Ai Analyzer mobile application (Apple App Store), or the accompanying website (https://jlpaitools.com/), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Ai Analyzer and Trade Ai Analyzer AI-powered technical chart analysis tools. The applications provide AI-generated chart analysis, educational market insights, technical indicators, and data visualizations for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Financial Disclaimer

Crucial Legal Notice: We do not provide financial, trading, investment, tax, or legal advice. All data, technical configurations, signals, entry points, target metrics, or analytical breakdowns displayed across our platforms are meant for informational and educational purposes only. Users are completely self-directed and bear full responsibility for any financial gains or losses incurred in live markets. Past algorithmic performance does not dictate or guarantee future results.

3. User Responsibilities

By interacting with our services, you agree that you will:

Utilize the application strictly for lawful, valid, and legitimate personal purposes.
Refrain from engaging in fraudulent activities, system exploits, automated data scraping, or malicious manipulation of the app.
Not attempt to disrupt, breach, decompile, or bypass the server infrastructure, security architecture, or digital licensing systems.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing

Premium tiers, advanced technical algorithms, and ad-free interfaces require a active paid subscription or transactional purchase.
Android transactions are managed securely through Google Play Store Billing, while iOS transactions are processed through Apple StoreKit In-App Purchases.
Our applications never collect, store, or see your private credit/debit card numbers, UPI paths, bank details, or core payment info.
Subscriptions auto-renew periodically (monthly, annually, or as otherwise selected) unless explicitly cancelled by the user via their respective Google Play Account or Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle expires.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All subscription lifecycle events—including cancellations, recurring modifications, and refund claims—are strictly governed and processed by the official merchant rules of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Our team does not have the administrative capability to process refunds directly.

6. Advertisements

Free service tiers may display native, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements facilitated by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We do not endorse, investigate, or assume liability for the specific content, products, or claims presented in external advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, visual UI, logos, core codebase, branding elements, graphics, and underlying proprietary AI mechanics are the exclusive property of our company. No parts of our platforms may be copied, redistributed, reverse-engineered, or republished without absolute written consent.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to dynamically introduce updates, adapt app features, optimize analytical engines, or restrict operational aspects of the application without prior notice or liability.

9. Service Availability & Uptime

While we strive for continuous access, we do not warrant or guarantee that our apps will remain completely uninterrupted, error-free, or exempt from temporary offline maintenance periods caused by unexpected server bottlenecks or general software upgrades.

11. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the immediate right to suspend or block access privileges to our premium networks without prior warning if a user is found violating these binding Terms & Conditions or engaging in malicious activities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. If you access or use the Services from another country, you are responsible for complying with your applicable local laws. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those rights remain unaffected.
