This Privacy Policy applies to Chart Analyzer on Android and iOS and related services provided through our official website. “Chart Analyzer,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the app and its operator, JLP Creation Studio / JLP AiTools.

Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we and our service providers may process:
- Support details: your name, email address, and the content you choose to include when contacting us.
- Chart images and files: images you select or capture and submit for AI chart analysis.
- Reports and preferences: generated analysis, saved reports, favorites, comparison history, selected language, and app settings where those features are enabled.
- Subscription information: store product identifiers, purchase or transaction status, subscription entitlement status, and receipt or transaction information needed to verify purchases and restore access.
- Technical information: limited device/app details, IP address, request logs, diagnostics, crash information, and performance data where collected by the app or its providers.
- Advertising information: if advertising is enabled in a particular version, the ad provider may process advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and related technical information as described in that provider's policy.
Please do not upload passwords, payment details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information in chart images.
Payments, subscriptions and in-app purchases
Chart Analyzer may offer paid plans or introductory offers to unlock premium features. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and any trial or introductory price are shown in the relevant store purchase screen before you confirm payment. Offers may differ by platform, country, account eligibility, and time.
Android — Google Play
Purchases and subscriptions in the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing. You can view, manage, or cancel a Google Play subscription in your Google Play account's subscriptions section.
iOS — Apple App Store
Purchases and subscriptions in the iOS app are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
- Recurring billing: unless the purchase screen explicitly states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically at the price and interval displayed by the relevant store until cancelled.
- Trial or introductory offer: if offered, the offer's duration, eligibility, and amount due after the offer ends are shown before purchase. When an offer converts to a paid subscription, the then-applicable displayed subscription price may be charged unless you cancel in accordance with the store's rules.
- Cancel before renewal: to avoid the next renewal charge, cancel through Google Play or Apple subscription settings before the renewal deadline shown by that store. Uninstalling the app does not itself cancel a subscription.
- Access after cancellation: cancellation generally stops future renewals; premium access may remain available until the end of the already-paid period, subject to the store's terms.
- Refunds: refund requests, billing disputes, payment methods, taxes, and transaction records are handled under the applicable Google Play or Apple policies and processes. We do not independently collect your full card number, UPI PIN, or bank login credentials.
- Restore and verification: the app may check purchase status with the store or a secure verification service to enable eligible premium access and restore purchases.
The purchase confirmation screen in Google Play or the Apple App Store is the authoritative source for the price, currency, billing interval, trial terms, and renewal date applicable to your purchase. Please review it carefully before confirming.
How we use information
- To provide AI-powered chart analysis and return reports.
- To display, save, export, or compare reports and preferences where supported.
- To verify subscription status, enable premium features, and restore purchases.
- To secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app and services.
- To respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
- To support advertising or analytics where those services are enabled and permitted.
Chart images and AI analysis
When you request an analysis, the selected chart image and related request data are sent over the internet to our analysis service and may be processed by an AI provider to generate the report. Processing may occur on systems operated by third-party providers.
We aim to process only information needed for the requested feature. Actual retention by our backend and AI providers depends on the deployed configuration, security logs, and applicable provider policies. We do not promise immediate or permanent deletion from every provider unless confirmed by the relevant configuration.
AI-generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Review them carefully and do not rely on them as the sole basis for a financial decision.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
Saved reports and preferences may remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Support messages may be retained as needed to resolve your request. Server logs, purchase verification records, and provider-processed data may be retained for operational, security, accounting, or legal reasons for periods determined by the actual service configuration and applicable requirements. Removing a local report may not remove copies already processed by a provider.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction-related reasons.

Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by applicable local law.
