Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Chart Analyzer and related services operated by JLP Creation Studio / JLP AiTools (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Chart Analyzer provides
Chart Analyzer provides AI-assisted interpretation of chart images and may offer analysis reports, technical observations, scenario summaries, report history, favorites, comparison, text-to-speech, and PDF export where available in your version. Features may vary by platform, subscription, region, or app version.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or product development.
Who may use the app
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms under the laws applicable to you. The service is not intended for children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law. If you are under the age of legal majority, use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where required.
Your responsibilities
- Provide images and information that you are permitted to use and submit.
- Use the app lawfully and comply with the terms of Google Play, Apple, and other services you use with it.
- Keep your device and app access reasonably secure.
- Review AI results independently and verify important information before acting on it.
Accuracy and limitations
Reports are generated automatically using AI and may be wrong, incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or based on poor-quality images. Chart interpretation can vary depending on image clarity, market conditions, indicators, timeframe, and other context not visible in the submitted image. No output is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any generated output. Do not treat an AI report as a verified fact or as a substitute for professional advice.

Analysis, patterns, technical levels, market observations, scenarios, confidence scores, and other outputs are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading in stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, and other markets involves substantial risk and may result in loss of some or all of your capital. Past market data and patterns do not guarantee future outcomes. The app does not guarantee profits or trading performance.
Make your own independent decisions, conduct appropriate research, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
Subscriptions and premium features
Some features may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase. The available plans, price, currency, billing period, introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown on the relevant Google Play or Apple App Store purchase screen before you confirm.
- Subscription availability, prices, and offers can differ by platform, country, eligibility, and time.
- Premium access is linked to the purchase status recognized by the applicable app store and may require an internet connection to verify.
- Where the app supports Restore Purchases, eligible purchases can be restored using the same store account that made the purchase.
- Sharing store accounts or attempting to bypass payment or subscription checks may result in loss of access.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Android — Google Play
Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions from the subscriptions section of your Google Play account.
iOS — Apple App Store
iOS purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Automatic renewal: unless the store purchase screen says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically for the displayed billing period until cancelled.
- Trial or introductory offer: if offered, its length, eligibility, and the price charged after it ends are shown before purchase. You may be charged when the offer ends unless you cancel in time under the applicable store rules.
- Cancellation: cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the store to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- After cancellation: premium access usually continues until the end of the paid period, unless the store's rules or purchase terms say otherwise.
- Refunds: refunds, billing disputes, payment methods, taxes, and transaction records are handled under the applicable store policies. Request refunds through Google Play or Apple, as applicable.
The purchase confirmation screen and the relevant store account are authoritative for the price, currency, trial, renewal date, cancellation status, and refund eligibility of your purchase.
Prohibited use
You may not use the app to violate laws or third-party rights; upload content you do not have permission to use; interfere with the service or its security; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits; evade subscription or access controls; distribute malware; or use automated methods to overload or abuse the service.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain any rights you hold in the images you submit. You grant us and our service providers permission to process those images only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and maintain the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, shared, and retained. Read it before using the service. Visit our official website for available policy links.
Changes, interruptions and third-party services
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service access may be affected by internet connectivity, maintenance, provider outages, platform rules, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs. The app is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This clause does not apply where prohibited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; address suspected fraud or abuse; enforce these Terms; or comply with law. You may stop using the app at any time. Ending app use does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; cancel it separately through the relevant store.
Applicable law
These Terms are subject to applicable laws. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or dispute-resolution process required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. If you publish this page, consider having a qualified legal professional review this clause for your business and target markets.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app, subscription offerings, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the app and manage any subscription through the relevant store.
